Η Veronica Torr από τη Νέα Ζηλανδία έτρεξε 100μέτρα με βατραχοπέδιλα σε 19,278 δευτερόλεπτα. 

Το ρεκόρ καταγράφηκε στο στάδιο Mt Smart Stadium στο Auckland της Νέας Ζηλανδίας στις 24 Αυγούστου του 2009.
